Join us for an engaging session with Christie Sheppard to understand the Income and Expenditure Tool, this Tool which has been in use since 2019-20 allows National Panel and GRO to gather data on an annual basis to enable us to understand the impacts of change and transformation. Some districts use the tool locally to identify budgetary requirements, and the 2022/23 exercise fed into the 2024 civil registration fees increases and the more recent increases for marriage and civil partnership fees, helping bring services closer to cost recovery.
