LARCSA Lunch & Learn: How to Complete an Effective Business Continuity Plan – 19 May 2026 – 13:00-14:00pm

WEBINAR
Join us for an engaging session with Adam Cooper on how to complete an Effective Business Continuity Plan (BCP) , Incorporating Cyber Incident Impact, Response, and Supplier Dependencies. BCP ensures critical services can continue during major disruptions, including cyber incidents. It identifies business impacts, recovery priorities, and clear response actions while aligning with cyber incident response plans. Crucially, it maps supplier and third‑party dependencies so failures outside the organisation are anticipated and managed. The plan is tested, maintained, and focused on protecting service delivery, compliance, and reputation. Joining instructions and the MS Teams link will be sent out one week prior to the event.

LARCSA Lunch & Learn: Understanding and completing Income and Expenditure Tool – 14 May 2026 -13:00-14:00pm

WEBINAR
Join us for an engaging session with Christie Sheppard to understand the Income and Expenditure Tool, this Tool which has been in use since 2019-20 allows National Panel and GRO to gather data on an annual basis to enable us to understand the impacts of change and transformation. Some districts use the tool locally to identify budgetary requirements, and the 2022/23 exercise fed into the 2024 civil registration fees increases and the more recent increases for marriage and civil partnership fees, helping bring services closer to cost recovery.Christie has recorded a demonstration giving an overview of the Income and Expenditure Tool which can be seen via the following link https://tinyurl.com/bdht7dtv.
