Join John Thompson and Joshua Chown from the Home Office to gain valuable insight into national emergency body storage arrangements and the critical role they play in major incident planning and response. This session will explore the practical, logistical and strategic considerations involved in activating and managing the temporary body storage facilities during a mass fatality incident. Attendees will learn about the phased arrangements and what storage solutions can be provided. The session is open to Coroner’s Services, Coroners and Emergency Planners who might be involved in Mass fatality planning in their area, to understand the support available from this Home Office contract. Joining instructions and the MS Teams link will be sent out one week prior to the event.
